Cumberland County School System holds Battle of the Books competition

Seventy-First Classical Middle School wins 5th-place trophy in the Cumberland County School System Battle of the Books competition in Fayetteville on February 26, 2009. The team members include Meredith Borton, Brian Fields, Alexandria Gates, Aaron Kennedy, Lorna Martinez-Guzman, Sarah Pfeffer, Martha Vorder Bruegge, Ruth Vorder Bruegge, and Megan Wicks. The coaches are Katherine Trott, Barbara Brady, and Angela Haynes.
